ETA HACK
20–200 kW Wood Chip Boiler
The HACK boasts excellent reliability and efficiency of up to 94% with
a range of rated outputs from 20–200 kW. This will provide all the heating
and hot water for medium to large domestic and commercial premises. This
state-ofthe art wood chip boiler is very versatile with a variety of options
for fuel storage and delivery, optimising available space. It is simple
to use with outside temperature controls, an automatic cleaning mechanism
and fully automated ash collection. This boiler will also burn wood pellets
and
Miscanthus.
- Automatic Fuel Conveyor – The ETA HACK is fed fuel via a feeder screw which will also automatically clear any obstructions such as small stones. It can handle various types of fuel from fine pellets to rough industrial wood chips.
- Automatic Ash Disposal System – Two conveyor screws automatically carry the ash from the collection bin, as well as fly ash from the heat exchangers, to the main ash bin for easy disposal.
- Tilting Fire Grate – An automatic cleaning mechanism in the heat exchangers keep the boiler free of ash and operating at maximum efficiency throughout the heating season.
- Oxygen Sensor (Lambda Control) – The special oxygen sensor continuously monitors exhaust oxygen and automatically adjusts air induction to ensure optimal efficiency burning any kind of wood while minimising carbon monoxide (CO) emissions.
- Mimimal Power Consumption – State-of-the-art technology allows the ETA HACK to use an absolute minimum of electricity making it one of the most energy efficient boilers available.
- High Safety Standards – A special valve ensures that there is no chance of furnace gas entering the fuel feeder and prematurely igniting the wood chips.
